What We Offer
RevisionPlus offers structured A-level & GCSE revision classes tailored to individual needs. Preparing for exams can be stressful and overwhelming. Our aims are to minimise this stress through our intensive revision classes in a calm environment away from distractions and to maximise opportunities for success at GCSE and A-level.
Our courses offer a fresh look at the key topics in the chosen subject, provide an intensive overview of the specified core material and teach you how best to tackle the exam questions, not to mention give a frequently needed confidence boost. What’s more, we can concentrate on the areas of a subject that are of most concern, based on a prior detailed analysis of requirements.
Are you aware of what is needed to optimise exam results?
Highly qualified experienced tutors
All our teachers are hand-picked experienced teachers with a proven track record of supporting students to achieve excellent results. They are passionate about their subjects, have excellent communication skills and years of experience of the examination system and all major exam boards.
Crucially, they are familiar with the new GCSE and A-level specifications. Many are also examiners, making them exceptionally qualified to best equip students for their exams.
Small intensive classes
Through intensive work in a small group, led by an expert teacher, students can cover a surprising amount of material in a short time. We guarantee small class sizes, with a maximum of 8 students per class, though the average is usually around 4-5.
We have a pupil-centred approach which allows individual problem areas to be addressed.
Expert examination preparation
We guide students through extensive practice with examination papers, giving students practice with papers from their own exam board. As well as advice on timing, technique and how best to tackle questions, we offer accurate feedback on what examiners want.
Students leave with advice on how best to revise to make the most of available time, giving them a confidence boost and a real sense of progress.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the courses specific to a particular exam board?
For most subjects a large proportion of the syllabus is the same for all exam boards. The difference tends to be in the way in which this is tested. As well as covering all key parts of the specifications, our small classes allow for each student to practice questions from his/her chosen exam board.
How many students will be on each course?
We have a maximum number of 8 per class, but in practice the average tends to be around 4-5. If demand for a particular class is very high, then we will do everything possible to add another class.
What if I need to cancel?
A full refund will be issued if cancellation is received at least 30 calendar days before the start date of the chosen course. Partial refunds will be given for later cancellations; see our full Terms & Conditions here.

What does a student need to bring on the day(s)?
We provide soft drinks although we do not provide lunch; so it would be advisable to bring a packed lunch for the day. Additionally, students should bring any materials relevant to the subject, as well as a notepad, pens and a calculator where appropriate.
